Whilst loosing CC would be worse than drinking bad whisky I think that concern is lessened by the fact that we are emerging from the courtship with motor bikes into a mature business producing good E bikes, in one of the 130 only licenced factories, in China.
CC's entrepreneurial drive got us here but taking that established business (which is what the share price is measured by) forward will require a leader with Administrative Skills.
Charles has already started that succession journey by entering into the Strategic Alliance with his Super Soco colleagues who he has charged with the task of running the production line.
I get the impression that those same guys are driving the R&D and that Ivan is involved in expanding the distribution network.
Maybe not a big worry.
