I think that's because the Shaw & Partners report are, and I quote them, "assuming a start-up of operations in FY2026."
Who knows?!?... We all here, just choose and pick the parts of the report we like (eg. 27c recommendation) and ignore the not so good parts of the report (eg. start up of operations in 2026)
