    The market hasn't yet realised that Namibia and Niger are experiencing a second wave far more acute than the first one.

    Australia (minus Ranger), Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan might be left to hold the burden of producing UOC.

    Interesting days ahead for listed U developers like VMY and BOE.
