    They should bin Cheryl Edwards. What do we need her for. Govt & environmental approvals? Taking an eon. She must have submitted the paperwork. She doesn't seem to have expedited the process. My thinking is that after approvals she doesn't have a job. If I was her, I'd be dragging it out too.
