That problem with TOE is that it is run by lawyers. They are chasing everything from uranium to vanadium to gold. Therefore they are not ready for any production when time has come. And other than VMY they don't have an experience team to start up a mine. VMY has got an excellent team and their production costs would undercut most of other uranium mines. At least when you compare feasibility studies.
