    Well there are two main things right now, whatever the history. I'm not even interested in looking too far back.
    First, the spot price of U3O8 is in the toilet, and no matter what contract rates prevail, since we don't have any, people are just looking at that low spot price.
    Second, one of the large institutional holders has been selling down.
    That's it, imo, when those things change VMY will pick up again.
