11c was the last placement price.
I'm thinking it might be a little simplistic to think that this is just placement related activity. We've seen some big moves from some of the LT institutional supporters wanting out, since I've been a holder. Fair enough, they have to move while there is volume. I'm keeping an open mind and waiting to see if a Form 604 arrives.
Overall, though, the sector does look due for a surge, I was in a bit too early, and I'm not sufficiently confident to double-down, but I won't be selling either because I still believe in the recovery story.
