Overhang, plus possible perception of a strategic placement coming, could be holding us back. Every other U stock, of varying development stages, has run. So you couldn't argue it's the stage Vimy are at that's holding them back, when BMN DYL BOE and even AGE are all up.
Whether that's the case, who knows; but would suspect, if true, any raise would be ~10c, sticky (strategic) and likely see the floodgates lifted.
