We've been talking about how good a merger with DYL would be for a few months, ever since Mike left really. The industry needs consolidation, its much easier for one big company to negotiate contracts than 2 small ones
Its still a good idea, they just need to work out the VMYYL value in the merged company. And that's just negotiation.
