    Are you aware upon a merger with DYL, VMY shareholders get to share not only in DYL's Namibia development project which is huge, but also the synergy created when both companies join to become a Tier 1 Multi-jurisdictional producer? The value add for shareholders with this merger is huge, and no final numbers have been worked out yet.
