    This is what VMY holders dont understand it seems....

    If spot rises so does DYL & VMY, so at the end the offer day be at a similar premium. You may get $1 a share, but less shares of DYL, you end up in the same position.

    As other have stated at current pricing 40c seems a reasonable price that would pleaae all shareholders.
