“A pool of investors” phishpheet you are joking right ? It was the insto’s and major external investors who forced JB out in 2015. And vowed/refused to ever look at PDN again until he was out. He doesn’t have many debt options left. Is everyone forgetting or not aware. His debt funding and co. strategies destroyed pdn. Opened the door for private Chinese money - HULO group, who capitalised hundreds of millions of dollars through JP Morgan and materially diluted shareholders (JP Morgan copped an absolute industry flogging). Everyone talks about pdn hitting $10, but what about by 2015 hitting 17c. PDN eventually liquidating including a major forced restructure including involuntary share buy back throwing shareholders out and destroying fund managers credibility. Honestly the wealth destruction and inability to manage a company was poor and incompetent. The reality is a portion of debt funding for capital build would be optimal, but not many left will touch JB. So with a DYL VMY merge funding will all come out of equity meaning sizeable dilution unless uranium industry independently drives combined vmy DYL cap north of $1b USD
