the first time I brought up PEN was because we were discussing the upcoming CR at VMY.
I used PEN (also being a uranium company), and my personal experience with it, as an example where the CR destroyed the share price
(PEN did a CR at a discount of 45% to price at the time, and the SP even fell below the CR price).
