The word on the street is that DYL, BMN or EL8 don't stand a chance to write offtake agreements without offering those first to Chinese counterparties. Not necessarily a bad thing, but certainly a big overhang on financing prospects.
And it's hard not to read the recent bust-up between Rosatom and the Namibian Government as a naked attempt to preserve a Chinese preserve.
