I don't expect VMY to accept the first offer that comes around. More often not that it is just an opener. For a serious suiter, DYL should have a sweetener to get the deal through. Personally I think a bigger company is in the interest for all shareholders of both parties.Size and stability is important to get institutions to acquire interest in the stock. Merging is common sense and a natural progression.
