    Im expecting a DYL / VMY merger announcement in first quarter of 2022.

    The stage is set, lots of discussions behind closed doors no doubt taking place.

    VMY is absolutely dying for a professional leadership team, this company goes no further without real leaders. Too many mistakes, too much amateurish behaviour from previous management team and board.
