I understand the IPO process. It is the company that does NOT.
You say that, "there is no communication with shareholders until after the listing!!". That's a weak cop out. What about keeping the information on the Investor Portal up to date", for basic things like changes to IPO process dates. How else can the SH's get crucial info on the constant changes the company makes, that affects their investment.
You cannot defend the indefensible. Just basic courtesy.
