If there was any knowledge even remotely better than that of the worst pessimists on this board, then I think they'd be open to crucifixion by ASIC for insider trading by buying atm. I am sure ASIC would love to take an easy token scalp from the small end of town.
Imho you can safely take the director buy as a "sell", regarding Vietnam at least.
