its pritty much out of ppp hands . We know that petrovietnam is going to farm in on our share we just dont know if they will go for the entire 15% or take a small portion. By the wording of the announcement it seems as though petrovietnam will not take up the entire 15 % though this is clearly at their discreation though the longer this draws out the closer drilling starts in block 07/03 which i deem to be a bad thing as clearly they can wait for results and decide what to take up looks like a lose lose situation for ppp though hopefully we will get a small portion of the original 15% as something is better than nothing though even ppp getting a small portion is far from guarenteed.
