    Yes I was - when it was UKD - and ceased to be so when Alan Birchmore resigned due to his ill health - satisfied! I was initially also Chairman of Yorkton Resources, the original unlisted company - and WE put the deal together which became UKD. I stepped aside for Birchmore who was infinitely better qualified than I for the role once the company went public. Hence my shareholding to which I added at $2.00 plus I might add. Satisfied?
