    Received from Mark a few days ago when I quizzed him about the dates.

    We first need to complete the consolidation which does not end until the 14th before we can settle with Vonex. In parallel to that we have our Appendix 1a with the ASX and are now awaiting our conditional approval of a relisting letter which set out various conditions we have to meet for the ASX to relist the company. How long it takes ASX to review that information is the unknown issue. As soon as we know a firm listing date we will inform the market.

    So best to go by the latest prospectus dates.
