Hi SOS... correct re: 111m for $5m @ heavily over-subscribed.
I had thought about churn etc. But you were the guy to get off your behind and actually do the hard yards... all credit to you.
The other point to note compared to the likes of NOR/RAP etc, is that VNX has $5m contracted revenues which I think is immense for a tech RTO (comparatively).
I bought into VNX due to the revenues growth coupled with the blue-sky possibilities of their App. The App could be a dud but there is a strong-growth core business. I am willing to see how it plays out. Have a look at a post by
@WallyWally (post 16581757). This is a great post from a guy working in the industry on how VNX could monetize the App.
