    If the vendors were smart they would already have an agreement for him to move on after transition, what is interesting is that they have allowed him to be chairman ,yet he has absolutely no track record in Telco , Id be searching for a good 'Telco " chairman with an industry track record ( in similar telco start up) ASAP
