Around 2500 shareholders in the last annual report, but over 1600 of them held less than five thosand shares. It would seem to me that the vast majority of those holders would lack either the means or inclination to suddenly acquire over nine thousand additional shares. So whilst there may be a modest scaleback I would suggest you are more likely to get what you apply for this time around.
