From Vocus submission:
Vocus was not, at any time prior to 9 August 2016, invited to participate in any testing of IBM's DDoS mitigation strategy, or given any detail of what testing was undertaken. In fact, Vocus was not informed of IBM’s DDoS mitigation strategy, Island Australia or its specific requirements, until after the fourth attack.
And just too many good nuggets in the NextGen submission.
It's obvious that IBM is trying to save face in order to win future government contracts.
I don't know whats worse though.. IBM's inability to properly design the census system (despite being a multinational tech company), or that none of our politicians - not even the man who "invented the internet" himself, PM Talcom TurnCoat - would understand a single word in either submission.
