Excellent post MT. It's an interesting play and one I would also support. I do think a company leveraging up to purchase another company for almost twice it's own market cap is unlikely and as far as I'm aware pretty unprecedented.
Regardless I definitely feel this is the year something significant happens with this business, I can't see BAU continuing for much longer, consolidation of some sort makes so much sense upwards or down.
