RJS I am happy to be corrected by anyone as I have only looked at it briefly but you have 3 options:

1. Shortly you're portfolio will be allocated Rights in Vocus, the code for these rights is VOCR. You can sell those on the market prior to about the 19th July. The number you will receive is the number of shares you hold divided by 8.9.

2. You can pay $7.55 for each of the rights you have received and receive that many additional Vocus shares.

3. You can do nothing, in which case, the rights you have been allocated will be sold to institutional investors on July 21 at a price to be determined.
