Brexit?
They might have taken advantage of the pound loanwise, although usually they do not. vf uk did a second bond release which is a rare event. Not sure of the implications of these things though or the effect in Oz. probably positive to neutral.
The big fellas in charge also do not like brexit.
Falling revenue is not fun either, but it might be temporary. There has been less people in shopping centers this year.
