I travel all over Sydney and I am on the unlimited call plan, however I continually have numerous dropouts per day. Also the internet service on my Blackberry bold through Vodafone is slower that the NSW state government to act on issues.
Just last weekend I was travelling to Katoomba in a motor vehicle along the M4 with my mate next to me. He sent me a text at 9.00am and I finally received it at 4.30pm that same day.
There are a Myriad of problems I have with the service and there appears to be not point complaining, as Vodafone do not to give a hoot.
Who I am, I am the customer, who pays Vodafone $126.00 per month from a credit card direct debit. Come July 2011, I am back to either Optus or Telstra.
