    When refreshing HC a few minutes ago, I lost the connection, blue light on USB modem was flashing.

    USB modem is plugged into a Netgear wireless modem home network.

    Had to reset the Netgear modem.

    Did I tell you which ISP I'm with?

    Three guesses are probably two too many!
