Indeed it's been made very clear Teoh is wanted as part of the deal and this IMO pretty much seals the fact they are preparing to run a merged entity under Teoh's leadership.
Looking forward to seeing where the price goes when it's official and what the special dividend will be, it's getting so close you can smell it!
