How on earth can anyone get surprised about something they don't know anything about?
Because on top of the Managements refusal to engage with their Shareholders when approached directly, they also don't engage with them publicly by keeping them up to date with such happenings.
What's SMA's cut on this? Any income at all?
Now THAT's what would be surprising to people looking at potentially investing their hard earned into a company.
It's just not how you INCREASE a share price and why so many are sitting on such HUGE losses.
