I would have to agree with your statment;
I doubt that the new 40% tax will come into effect.
With the amount of money at stake by the BHPs and RIOs etc..
There will no doubt be some big player anti-supertax campaines later this year aimmed at the rudd goverment.
Therefore imo we will see a vey watered down version of supertax,if any at all.
