There is a lot of confusion being thrown around. I watched Q&A a couple of nights ago and the only voice of reason was that of Jacinta Price. The commentator, Stan Grant threw to the audience for a poll and the question was should the high court be involved in matters pertaining to the voice if there is a court case. The fact is in any constitutional proceeding the high court is the only court that can rule. I find this a ridiculous question from Stan, he’s trying to muddy the waters.
