No, that doesn't logically follow.

Division is not necessarily denial. What we are seeing from the Opposition is an an attempt to deny the delivery of justice in the form that's it's being offered.

That is, (1) in the actual wording, and (2) the fact that it's going into the Constitution. We all know this is not the only proposed form of delivering justice. What we are seeing is actually a deferral of justice.

Furthermore, the division is not between 'Us' (non-Indigenous) and 'Them' (Indigenous). It's the division between the two major political sides - effectively ending any hope of bipartisan support.
