The nature of politics is "how will this affect me?"
The envious nature of humans cries "why goodies for them, not us?"
Alas, the economic headwinds in politics can be just rotten at times.

"Us" means exactly that. United we stand. No 'united' => no 'us' => no justice likely.

Scott - unless something can change the momentum, Plan B (legislated Voice) is our best bet.

I'll put money on it not happening though. The Voice architects won't allow it. It's about power as much as it's about justice. Uluru Statement, treaty, self determination....achievable through a legislated Voice??

But if it doesn't get up, what other alternative IS there to deliver justice?
