A Voice for the Chinese Immigrants and their Descendants who arrived during the Gold Rush Years and a Voice for all matters that may affect or effect them into the Future...

A Voice enshrined in the Constitution for people who are born on the 29th February over the past century , and their descendants into the Future for all matters that may affect or effect them into the Future--
it is Unfair to single out one Group of People over another -- at the moment We are ALL Australian Citizens , and All entitled to the same laws, protections and Opportunities....

It is NOT about Race -- it is about Inequality ..

Kurt, would you mind extending that splendid referendum proposal of yours back an extra 23 years to the 29th of December 1900?
I may or may not have forbears who were born on that date which may empower me in the Future, or may not.
