There is no moral basis to complain of 'denial of justice',. .. true, but morals are such personal judgements.

but there is justice, fairness and, after all, the greatest moralist who exemplifies the true morality of humanity, the one held most high by those most righteous, Jesus...... ask him what he would do.

I do hate to pursue questions when unanswered. it seems spiteful. but I ask genuinely.
