The CLC and the Land Trusts have long failed to accept their responsiblitiy to maintain the houses built upon their lands... their failure to issue standard leases with conventional rental arrangements to "Traditional Owners" and others creates other problems...
Other landlords in Australia would be stomped on in court for ignoring their responsibilities on their lands...
