@Gartlic munched - I am an old white woman and voted 'yes' but am totally aware about my fellow-whites - - - Just wrote a letter to my Austrian friend who thought that this 'vote' was about giving our Aboriginal people the right to vote - I explained to him, that they did have voting rights, but that it was about special representation for some who still lived in the outback in impoverished ways, some in traditional ways (but not many) I watched the analysis/trying to understand on NITV - they weren't angry, just sad. Then watched 'Bran nue dae' which was funny and uplifting with some gold-standard acting by Geoffrey Rush, Magda Szubanski, and wonderful Aboriginal actors Jessica Mauboy, Ernie Dingo - I recognised, didn't know the others - and their basic sense of humour came through loud and clear, something angry old white men lack - badly!!!
