    The Voice can be legislated today. what I don't understand or no one has been able to explain at a level I understand. There is currently a minister and a whole department acting on behalf of Indigenous Australians along with the NIAA which is funded alone at about $7 Billion a year.

    NIAAs purpose is which is detailed on their website.

    why would we go and then add another layer of chosen representatives ... not elected who will get the same pay and benefits as our MPs. the difference being of this group fails to perform the government cannot really cancel it if it's constitutionalised.
