I wish to abstain from resolutions 1 and 2 and vote 'No' to Res 3. On principle that the ordinary shareholder should stand to benefit from current low entry price/option bonus offered to new institutional/'sophisticated' punters.
I recognize that this is a largely symbolic gesture.
However a potent speaker (or two) from the floor may be able to raise the bar on corporate conscience. Maybe get momentum for a similar SPP for shareholders with record date prior to actual ASX placement of Tranche 1.
