How about posting this "terrifying" document? or at least a link to this fabled document?
Not that I need a copy as I refuse to vote in favour of anything racially based for our constitution. It's hard enough already to update this ol' rag s it is yet alone drag it into the 21st century. The last thing we need is anything racial in it. It was bad enough the racist components that were put in originally. No need to make it worse.
