They'll all disagree with each other. In the end they will be forced to come up with recommendations to parliament. If their recommendations fail when implemented they won't be able to blame white paternalism for failed policy, it will be policy formulated by Aborigines for Aborigines. Similarly, if their prescriptions are successful they'll be able to take credit. At the moment there seems to be little accountability in the area of Aboriginal affairs. The obligation in this area is to produce improvements in Aboriginal welfare commensurate with the resources allocated. At the moment there appear to be significant resources allocated, without the outcomes that should flow from that.
