Its a brilliant but complete disingenuous plan by the regime. Use a mostly completely reliant on government largesse sector of the population that has within it a small but organised group of bitter and disgruntled activists to pry open avenues for increased control to the actual productive members of the society. They care not a rats bum for the ATSI people one jot, its us they want. We are the prize and they look over the heads of these conveniently placed people at us, licking their lips.
