    yes, i do own it
    I can't comment on the CEO but will say he won a recent vote to keep his power. Their last China update was impressive IMO with the Chinese government backing it. It is now trading at its Mays lows (possible double bottom) There is cash in the bank and a low market cap. Check out the recent announcements!
