Hi guys and girls
As I understand it the vote can be won or lost (depending on your view ) if enough holders vote no on the day
Why then a campaign to get new shareholders on the register before the vote !
There are only about 10000 share holders so if everyone got their spouses friend etc to buy 100 shares then give the proxies to a central person I’m sure the proposal would fail!
I’m not a KDR holder but have other lithium holdings and feel this offer is way undervalued. I for one would be prepared to buy 100 shares and at the current price I’m only up for the broker fees - a small price to pay
