This email from KDR has absolutely no impact as to whether or not the WES sale will actually proceed. When you purchase shares in a new company for your portfolio, I think you should always go on line and make sure their nominated registry company has your tax file numbers, contact details and bank account, be it for dividends, takeover or whatever. I suspect the purpose of this email is to prompt owners to make sure their details are up to date in the event that the sale DOES go ahead, Distributing 776 million dollars is a large responsibility. It would be a major 'WTF' moment if the sale got thru and some of the funds then got sent to old accounts or cheques got lost in the mail. I do think that they also did this to not so subtely remind investors that there will be, or could be, a nice pot of cash coming our way if we are good little lambs and vote "Yes". Tell 'em they're dreaming'......... I, and my 5M+ shares are still voting "No"
