I was about to comment that the bid/ask was the highest in since the announcement but arbitrageurs have now blown it through the $1.90 price. I am not sure if it is opportunistic or can any of us HC holders do anything beside whinging about a low ball offer etc, The large funds/management remains key to how the result will pan out. LYC is a good example of what happens if people don't think the TO can get across in that case sovereign risks.

I do hope it draws out another bidder to flex the valuation which is what I see from the bidding currently.
