Zara1950 don’t know where you are from but things are often not as they “seem”. If you own 50,000 shares and are happy to take the money then you should have taken it by now. The share price closed at $1.89 on Friday. That is 1 cent under the offer so on 50,000 shares that is only $500 . So Why take the real risk of the T/O being voted down? I must be one of the “silly aussies” you refer to on the SAS July 1 thread on the 4th of June because $1.90 is too cheap, vote NO to $1.90!!
